Cabinet & Door Styles

The shape of the door, and how it sits on the cabinet.

Start with the fit: how the doors sit on the cabinet is the biggest difference between our lines. Then choose a door style, from simple Shaker to reeded, glass, and mirrored inserts, all from real Wolter’s projects. Custom shapes are always on the table.

FIT: HOW THE DOORS SIT

Full access, full overlay, or inset?

This is the biggest difference between our cabinetry lines. Look at where the door meets the cabinet: how much of the frame around it you can see.

Greige full-overlay drawers and doors
Face frame, mostly hidden Full overlay The doors sit on top of a face frame and cover almost all of it. You see just a slim line of frame between doors and drawers. Our Legacy line →
Black inset island drawers and doors with brass pulls, set inside the face frame
Face frame, fully showing Inset The doors sit inside the frame, flush with its face. The frame shows all the way around each door for a classic, furniture-like look. Our Heirloom line →
Sage slab-door island with full-access doors
Frameless Full access The doors cover the whole cabinet box, edge to edge, with only a thin, even gap between them. No frame shows, so the look is clean and modern, and you get the most room inside. Our Distinction line →
