We stand behind every cabinet.
Wolter’s Custom Cabinets warrants its workmanship and materials against defects for 12 months from the date of final invoice, subject to the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty.
What’s covered
- Defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of final invoice
- Repair or replacement of work determined to be defective under the Limited Warranty
- Hardware and supplier materials are warranted to the extent of the manufacturer’s warranty
- Service for issues outside the warranty is available and may be billable
Keeping your warranty in place
- Keep your home between 50–85°F and 30–55% humidity
- Let our team handle any changes, including adding hardware
- Clean your cabinets the right way (see care tips)
- Not covered: outdoor use, water or weather damage, house settling, and everyday wear and tear
Care tips
- Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water with a little dish soap, then rinse with a damp, water-only cloth
- Avoid ammonia, bleach, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners, plus products like Murphy’s Oil Soap or Pledge
- Wipe up spills right away and clean regularly
Natural wood varies in grain and color, and painted cabinets can show fine lines at the joints as the wood adjusts to the seasons. That’s normal for real hardwood and not a defect. Full warranty terms are included with your contract.
