Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only what we need to help with your project, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
The short version
- We use what you send us only to answer you, design and build your project, or review your job application.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
What we collect
When you request a consultation: your name, email, phone number, city and state, the rooms you're planning, your timeline, how you'd like us to contact you, your message, and any photos or plans you attach.
When you apply for a job: your name, email, phone number (optional), the position you're interested in, your experience, and your resume if you attach one.
When you call, email or visit the showroom: whatever you choose to share with us so we can help.
Automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical records (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and schedule your consultation.
- To design, quote, build and install your cabinetry, and to support you afterward (including warranty service).
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We don't sell or share your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never share it with other companies for their marketing.
We only share it when we need to: with service providers who help us run our website and business (such as our website host and email service), who may use it only to do that work for us; with partners working on your project when you've asked us to (for example, your builder or designer); or when the law requires it.
Cookies and other websites
Our site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It may save a small setting in your browser (like a filter you chose) so pages work the way you expect. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information, and it can't identify you.
Our pages load fonts from Google, and we link to Facebook, Instagram, Google reviews and our partners' websites. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation and project information for as long as we need it to serve you, honor our warranty and keep required business records. Job applications are kept for a reasonable time in case another position opens up. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
How we protect it
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people on our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email or call us using the contact details below.
Children
Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
